The Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government consists of a legislative branch, an executive branch, and a people’s assembly to be known as the Hittatsoo Assembly.
The Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ may, in accordance with the amending provisions of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Constitution, establish a judicial branch of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government.

As a result of the recently implemented Maa-nulth Treaty, the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, under their new laws, have created a Standing Committee on Economic Development. This standing committee acts as the guiding body for economic development activities and will insure that the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ group of companies, managed by the UDC, maintains their focus, objectives and overall vision, as mandated by the Citizens by the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Legislature.

Ucluth is responsible for creating economic development opportunities for the government of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ focusing on sustainable development in their Treaty Settlement Lands. These lands are located on the Southwest Coast of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, in and around the community of Ucluelet.
Current assets include two gift shops & galleries, one at the Wya Welcome Centre and one in the Kᵂisitis (formerly Wickaninnish) Interpretive Center, the Thornton motel in the heart of the Pacific Rim National Park, a sustainable forestry company, Wya Welcome Centre and Campground/Resort, a partnership interest in Upnit Power run of the river project and a marina /waterfront business center in Hitacu (Hit-tat-soo) on Vancouver Island.
